According to Thai Customs Department, the total exports of PE have dropped by 23.3k tons in February compared to the previous month, at around 167,354 tons.
The top 5 export destinations of PE Thailand in February were China (56,717 tons), Indonesia (21,485 tons), Japan (20,722 tons), Vietnam (14,602 tons) and Australia (12,600 tons). The decrease in export volume of China PE in February was the highest compared to other origins, at about 17.139 tons compared to January.
For HDPE, the total export quantity has fallen by 20.1k in February compared to the previous month at around 68.8k tons. The top 5 export destinations of Thailand HDPE in February were China (11,389 tons), Japan (11,247 tons), Australia (10,944 tons), Indonesia (7,105 tons) and Vietnam (6,087 tons).
For LDPE, the total export quantity has decreased by 3.1k compared to the previous month at around 15.8k. The top 5 export destinations of Thai LDPE in February were Indonesia (2,914 tons), Vietnam (2,878 tons), China (2,120 tons), Japan (1,287 tons) and India (1,251 tons).
Contrasting with HDPE and LDPE, the total export quantity for LLDPE has increased by 797 tons in February compared to January, at around 82.8k tons. The top 5 export destinations of LLDPE Thailand in February were China (43,209 tons), Indonesia (11,467 tons), Japan (8,189 tons), Vietnam (5,638 tons), and Malaysia (2,564 tons).
