Arabian Chemical Terminals (ACT) of Saudi Arabia has awarded a contract to the UAE-based Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East for the development of a Bulk Liquid Storage Terminal in the United Arab Emirates. Under the deal, Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East will provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Front-end Engineering Design (FEED) services for the project to be built at Khalifa Port near KIZAD, Abu Dhabi.
ACT general manager Kasper Castricum said the project would enhance the company’s capabilities in handling the distribution of gases and liquid bulk products. It will attract new customers while benefiting existing clients. The Khalifa Port project would be an integral part of Abu Dhabi’s Economic Vision 2030, he added.
