Global polyolefins maker Borouge announced on its social media that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding on June 11 with Singapore-based Plaspulp Union Pte Ltd (Plaspulp) to collaborate in the country’s recycling industry. Borouge said the MoU marked its first foray into Southeast Asia’s recycling market and would provide the company with access to Plaspulp’s recyclates to cater to the rising demand for circular packaging in the region.
