On Thursday, Greece and Egypt reached an agreement to strengthen their collaboration in LNG supply and infrastructure.
The agreement with Egypt will expand Greece’s source of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to be an energy hub in southeastern Europe.
The two countries also agree to examine the prospect of a subsea gas pipeline between their territories.
Previously in October, Greece and Egypt agree to construct an undersea cable linking their electricity grids.
