Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. (MCC) partners with Mura Technology, Ltd. for the chemical recycling of plastic wastes into raw materials such as regenerated oils.
The process will involve HydroPRS technology as MCC is aiming to convert raw materials to non-fossil-based materials and developing the technologies for plastic wastes’ chemical recycling to obtain a circular economy.
Meanwhile, for Mura, the agreement will realize its target to commercialize its large-scale chemical technologies.
