AlwaysFree: OECD Q3 GDP Rebounded

Author: SSESSMENTS

In the third quarter of 2020, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries posted a rebounded gross domestic product (GDP) by 9.0% albeit still lower by 4.3% from the pre-crisis level.

France, Italy, and the UK are the countries among the major seven economies which posted the most stable recovery with 18.2%, 16.1%, and 15.5%, respectively. In the previous quarter, however, these three countries were also the ones posting the sharpest falls.

In other big economies such as Canada, Germany, Japan, and the US, GDPs also rebounded. The EU also posted significant growth in the last quarter.
