AlwaysFreeRegister: Fire Broke Out at China’s Petrochemical Plant

A fire broke out at China’s Zhuhai Changlian Petrochemical Co. Ltd. in southern China’s Zhuhai city. The company is an independent producer among four which recently granted government quotas to import naphtha this year.


The accident occurred at 1.40 PM local time (5.40 GMT) at the company’s hydrogenation unit but there was no detailed report on whether any of the production facilities have been closed.


No casualties were reported from the accident.
