Vietnam’s Nghi Son refinery will return to full operation soon after a shutdown since late October, according to a source with direct knowledge of the matter. The source said the producer had restarted the refinery on Thursday after completing the maintenance work. The 200,000 bpd refinery would be fully operational on December 12, the person added.
