- A global trading house informed to SSESSMENTS.COM that offers for US LLDPE Film C4 remain stable while offers for HDPE Film of the same origin dropped by $20/ton at the low end of price range compared to last week. For off-grade cargoes, the trader offers LLDPE Film C4 between $770-800/ton on LC at sight, CIF Southeast Asia Main Port basis. By next week, the trader will start offering off-grade LDPE Film as a US PE producer has a new LDPE line and supply for the grade increases.
- A local trader reported to SSESSMENTS.COM that a Thai PE producer trimmed HDPE Film and LLDPE Film offers by THB500/ton ($16.4/ton) compared to last week. However, according to the trader, buyers need to procure in a certain volume to get the new offer levels. For LDPE Film, offers are unchanged due to the limited supply.
