- An Indonesian trader unveiled to SSESSMENTS.COM that the company has adjusted down the offers for localized HDPE Film and LLDPE Film C4 of Thailand origin by IDR300,000/ton ($21/ton) as compared to last week’s level. The trader has yet to receive any response from buyers so far. According to the source, Indonesian PE market is rather quiet this week. Even downward price corrections were captured on the price list from the leading polyolefins producer in the country.
- Whereas in Vietnam, a local trader informed SSESSMENTS.COM on the latest import PE offers from one of the Saudi producers. On a monthly comparison, import LLDPE Film C4 offers increased by $60/ton. For HDPE Film cargoes, the offers are available at $960/ton on LC at sight, CIF Vietnam main port basis. Further added by the trader, the company has no interest to procure some materials as the offers are too high.
