On August 12, market sources in India reported to SSESSMENTS’ team that the government has announced the official notification on the anti-dumping duty on Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) from three countries: China, USA, and Thailand. The anti-dumping duty imposed will be effective from August 13, 2019.
