Import PE offers on LC at sight, CIF Nhava Sheva Port
As import Middle Eastern PE offers is gradually shifting this week, Indian buyers adjust their buy ideas for specific grades, an Indian trader told SSESSMENTS.COM. On a weekly comparison, offers for import Saudi HDPE Film from the trader’s end are available at $10-20/ton higher. Deals for these cargoes were concluded at the same level to the initial offers between $770-780/ton. Likewise, the trader sold Emirati HDPE Film at $770/ton.
As for LDPE Film cargoes, no offers given by the trader, however, some buyers express buy ideas for Middle Eastern LDPE Film between $860-870/ton, or $20-30/ton higher compared to offers two weeks ago. All offers are on LC at sight, CIF Nhava Sheva Port. More added, demand for HDPE Film, LDPE Coating, and LDPE Film in India remains strong compared to other PE grades, as told to SSESSMENTS.COM. In terms of the pricing outlook, the trader believes that local PE offers in India will follow the international market trend.
