Market sources contacted by SSESSMENTS.COM on July 28 informed that Liaoning Baolai Petrochemical has started a test run at its upstream cracking unit. Located in Liaoning Province, China, the company is also expected to start-up production at its new HDPE and LLDPE plant with a capacity of 300,000 tons/year and 450,000 tons/year, respectively. However, the exact date has yet to be determined.
