According to Saudi Stock Exchange Tadawul website statement announcement on September 28, 2022, Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) announces resignation of the Vice Chairman, H.E. Yousef Abdullah Al-Benyan, in light of the Royal Decree No. (A/62) dated 27 September 2022 (01 Rabie Alawwal 1444H) appointing his Excellency as the Minister of Education.
Accordingly, SABIC would like to announce the approval of the Board of Directors of the resignation of H.E. Yousef Abdullah Al-Benyan (Executive Member) from the membership of the Board and the Board Committees effective 28 September 2022 (02 Rabie Alawwal 1444H).
In this occasion, SABIC Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to H.E. Mr. Yousef Abdullah Al-Benyan for his remarkable efforts which enabled the Company to grow to be a global leader in the Petrochemicals industry.
