Austrian packaging solutions and recycling solutions company ALPLA will acquire Spanish plastic packaging company Bopla in a part of an asset deal.
No further details regarding the acquisition were revealed, such as the purchase price.
Bopla uses extrusion blow molding (EBM) and injection stretch blow molding (ISBM) to produce plastics packaging for customers in the cosmetics, personal and household care sectors.
ALPLA will utilize Bopla’s expertise in manufacturing technologies to expand its portfolio.
