On Friday, Azeri President Ilham Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan is discussing solar energy production in Karabakh with British oil major BP.
"Now both BP and Azerbaijan are very actively working on renewable sources of energy. There is a plan to invest in solar power generation," Aliyev said.
The country plans to develop green energy in Karabakh following its winning of some of the areas in a geopolitical conflict.
