China’s National Energy Administration stated the approval of four coal mine projects in the western Xinjiang region to secure a stable energy supply.
The total investments in the four coal mines are at CNY4.06 billion (USD616.97 million). The mines would add China’s annual coal production capacity by 6 million tonnes.
