AlwaysFree: Energy Information Administration: US Dry Natural Gas Output Increased Significantly From Last Year

Energy Information Administration (EIA) stated that U.S. dry natural gas output will peak to a record of 91.39 billion cubic feet/day (bcfd) high in 2019, from an 83.89 bcfd in 2018 in EIA Tuesday report of Short Term Energy Outlook (STEO).


The recent production forecast for 2019 was up from EIA's estimation of 91.03 bcfd in August. EIA also estimated that U.S. gas usage might increase to 2019 an all-time high of 84.51 bcfd, rose from the 2018 report at 82.07.


The demand prediction for 2019 in the September STEO report was declined from the EIA's August 2019 prediction of 84.65 bcfd.
