AlwaysFree: FueLNG Expands LNG Bunkering Facility In Singapore

Author: SSESSMENTS

Singapore’s first LNG bunkering vessel is being built by Shell Eastern Petroleum and Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O&M) through their joint venture FueLNG. The LBV, named Bellina, is currently being constructed by China’s Keppel Nantong Shipyard and will be capable of loading up to 7,500 cubic meters of LNG. One of Hapag Lloyd’s container carriers and tankers chartered by Shell will receive ship-to-ship LNG bunkering from Belina after it enters service at the end of 2020. Keppel O&M is also building a new facility which will be used by FueLNG to provide LNG bunkering service. This will be the first dedicated LNG bunkering facility in Singapore and will receive LNG supply from Shell when it is operational  at the end of 2021.
