Author: SSESSMENTS

US-based chemical maker LyondellBasell in its latest sustainability report, sets ambitious targets that include producing and marketing 2 million tons/year of recycled and renewable-based polymers by 2030. According to Jim Seward, LyondellBasell’s Senior VP for Research and Development, Technology and Sustainability, the goal represents what the company believes it can achieve by the next decade. LyondellBasell’s sustainability goals focus on three areas: climate change, plastic waste, and thriving societies. Among the key points of LyondellBasell’s Sustainability Report are:

  • Producing and marketing 2 million tons/year of recycled and renewable-based polymers by 2030
