According to TASS, Russia's state-owned news agency article published on November 2, 2022, delegations of the UN, Turkey and Ukraine agreed not to plan vessel movements in the Black Sea on November 2, the United Nations Secretariat at the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul said on Tuesday.

"The UN Secretariat at the Joint Coordination Centre reports that the Ukrainian, Turkish and United Nations delegations agreed not to plan any movement of vessels in the Black Sea Grain Initiative for 2 November," the Secretariat said.

36 inspections were performed on board of outbound vessels, the Secretariat noted.

"The UN Secretariat reiterates that movements and inspections carried out after the Russian Federation suspended its participation in implementation activities at the Joint Coordination Centre is a temporary and extraordinary measure," it added.
