AlwaysFree: PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited Increasing The Shareholding In PT GCM Marketing Solutions Indonesia

According to the company’s website investor relations news announcement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on September 30, 2022, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to inform that, on June 20, 2022, the Board of Directors of GC Marketing Solutions Company Limited (“GCM”), a wholly own subsidiary of the Company, approved to purchase additional 33% of the ordinary share of PT GCM Marketing Solutions Indonesia from PT. Cipta Aneka Air. After the transaction is completed, GCM will hold 100% in PT GCM Marketing Solutions Indonesia, increased from 67%. The share payment has been completed on September 30, 2022.

PT GCM Marketing Solutions Indonesia has its objective to support trading business on import and export, to do retail and wholesale distribution of Polymers products in Republic of Indonesia, which is align with PTTGC’s strategic plan to grow market base in this region.

In this regard, this transaction is not a connected transaction and the value of this transaction is not considered to disclose information in accordance with the Notification of the Acquisition or Disposition of Assets of Listed Companies to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
