Qatar Petroleum (QP) completes the integration of Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Company (Muntajat) Q.J.S.C. into it.
Following the completion, Muntajat will resume its existence as a legal entity with QP as its marketing agent.
Previously in June 2020, QP announced the integration between the two entities which will include leveraging the combined set of human, technical, commercial, and financial capabilities of both entities. The collaboration will enable Muntajat to expand its network utilizing QP’s global footprint.
