According to sources familiar with plant operations, Royal Dutch Shell Plc. has begun the restarting process of the 70,000 bpd gasoline-producing fluidic catalytic cracker (FCC) at its 318,000 bpd refinery in Deer Park, Texas on Monday.
Previously, the FCC was closed on August 23.
