According to the company’s LinkedIn post on May 16, 2023, SIBUR is showing Russia new real-world examples of the circular economy. We have partnered with Krasny Klyuch, an Ufa-based water-bottling company, and the retail chain Pyaterochka to sell water in recycled plastic bottles made from Vivilen.
After they have been used, the Vivilen bottles can be recycled again, forming a virtually infinite cycle. This feeds valuable resources back into the same sector of the economy and helps build a more sustainable ecosystem in Russia.
Study after study has shown that Vivilen meets the strictest regulatory requirements for food safety and is fit for use in food and drink packaging.
