France’s Technip Energies and Russian Nipigas cooperate in a joint venture (JV) company called Nova Energies for energy transition project opportunities in Russia.
The JV will be a full-fledged independent player on the Russian market for the long-term period which provides a wide variety of services including engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning for carbon dioxide removal, carbon capture, clean hydrogen production, bioenergies, biorefineries, biochemistry, ammonia, and other energy transition-related projects.
Nova will also provide engineering and design, capital expenditure estimates, and project documentation services.
