On Thursday, plastic manufacturer Trinseo announced its share repurchase program and the quarterly dividend that were just being approved by its Board of Directors.
The company will repurchase up to USD200 million of its ordinary shares and the authorization expires in 18 months.
The quarterly dividend would be USD0.32/share which will be a cash distribution payable on January 20, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 6, 2022.
