Saudi Aramco is planning to acquire around 20% of stakes in South Korean refiner Hyundai Oilbank.
The investment is estimated to reach roughly KRW1.8 trillion (USD1.6 billion) for 19.9% shares of Hyundai Oilbank from Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings. Aramco will value the shares at KRW36,000/share (USD32.26/share), which make a total of KRW10 trillion.
