Market sources informed SSESSMENTS’ team that Bashkir Soda Company, a Russian PVC producer had brought the company’s PVC plant on stream at the beginning of this week, July 29. The PVC plant with the capacity of 250,000 tons/year previously has been under turnaround maintenance since July 15.
