- The leading Saudi polyolefins producer contacted by SSESSMENTS.COM’s team on May 13 informed the latest import PE offers to the China market. As reported, HDPE Film cargoes from the producer are available at $820/ton while LLDPE Film C4 at $780/ton, all on LC at sight, CIF China main port basis. The producer further added that the price is negotiable.
- Whereas in the local market, a Chinese trader told SSESSMENTS.COM that offers for localized Iranian LDPE Film and HDPE Film cargoes of Qatar origin remain stable from Tuesday’s level. Demand-wise, the increment in PE prices in the futures market by today's trading session does not stimulate buying sentiment. Buyers remain uninterested in making procurements.
