- A United Arab Emirates producer has announced June shipment offers to China market this week. Following the international market trend, the producer initiated a price increase of $60/ton for HDPE Film and LDPE Film as compared to May shipment, available in the market at $760/ton and $820/ton respectively on LC at sight, CFR China Main Port basis. Similarly, the producer applied a price increment of $30/ton for LLDPE Film C4 as compared to the same period, surfaced in the market at $820/ton with the same payment and delivery terms.
- On the supply side, market sources in China revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM on the latest updates of inventory level of the two leading Chinese polyolefins producers. As of Friday morning, total inventory level at both producers recorded a decline of 15,000 tons from a day earlier, stood at 690,000 tons. When compared to Monday’s level, it showed a significant reduction of 100,000 tons.
