Import PP offers on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis
A source from a South Korean PP producer informed SSESSMENTS.COM on June shipment offers to China market. As revealed, the producer’s offers for both PP Block Copolymer and PP Random Copolymer Blow were hiked by $30/ton from last week’s level. The source also revealed that the price increases were following the China market trend as well as supported by the firmer propylene costs. So far, the market response was cold and the deal volumes were limited.
