A producer source revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM that AGC Chemicals Vietnam Co Ltd has restarted its PVC plant. As informed, the company’s PVC plant located in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Vietnam, has been brought on-stream since April 22. Previously, the plant with a production capacity of 150,000 tons/year was expected to resume production on April 21.
