Import PE offers on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis
Market sources in China reported to SSESSMENTS.COM that August shipment PE offers from a Saudi producer to the China market posted a notable adjustment. As compared to July shipment offers, HDPE Film offers for August shipment from a Saudi producer emerged with an upward adjustment of $100/ton, currently available at $950/ton on LC at sight, CIF China main port basis. Meanwhile, the producer’s offers for LLDPE Film C4 hiked by $50/ton as compared to the same period. According to the sources, August shipment offers from the producer is considered high; hence, the deals might be limited.
