China’s Qingdao Haiwan Chemical Co., Ltd, has resumed operation at its SM (Styrene Monomer) plant on April 20 after one-month maintenance shutdown, market sources informed SSESSMENTS.COM. Located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, the SM plant has a production capacity of 500,000 tons/year.
