NewsSSESSMENTS: China Puts A Thai Based Shipping Lines In Blacklist

Chinese market participants informed SSESSMENTS.COM that China has put Regional Container Lines (RCL), a Thai-based container shipping lines in a blacklist. At the time of publication, only the Agricultural Bank of China confirmed the blacklist. While the other banks i.e. ICBC, Bank of China, and China Construction Bank cannot confirm the sanction. The measure has taken to avert any issues with the U.S as the company has shipped Iranian cargoes.
