Market sources informed SSESSMENTS.COM that explosion occurred at China Far Eastern Industries on Friday afternoon, April 17. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation, but it has impacted the company’s PET plant with a production capacity of 400,000 tons/year. Due to this explosion, the plant will be shut for one and a half months.
