NewsSSESSMENTS: Global Trading House Rejected Bids For US LLDPE Cargoes, Reveals Sell Idea For Import PP Offers To Indonesia

A global trading house contacted by SSESSMENTS.COM informed on rejecting bids for import LLDPE Film C4 cargoes of US origin. Compared to a week earlier, the trader’s offer for US LLDPE Film C4 cargoes to Indonesia market remains stable at $830/ton on LC at sight, CIF Main Port basis. Responding to offers, some Indonesian buyers placed bids at $30/ton lower but got rejected. For Southeast Asian cargoes, import PE offers from the leading Philippines polyolefins producer will be available for certain customers only, but the offers have yet to come out.

For import PP cargoes, the trader’s sell idea for PP Homo Raffia of Saudi origin remains unchanged from last week’s offer at $930/ton. Besides, the trader is also offering import PP Homo Raffia higher MI and PP Homo Thermoforming cargoes of South Africa origin with sell idea at $925/ton. All offers on LC at sight, CIF Indonesia Main Port basis. As told to SSESSMENTS.COM, buyers’ bid for South African PP Homo Raffia cargoes at $5/ton lower than initial offer level is still under consideration.
