Import PE offers on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis
SSESSMENTS.COM noted that the import LLDPE offers from a Thai producer have surfaced in the China market. As informed, LLDPE Film C4 offers from the producer are available at $870/ton on LC at sight, CIF China main port basis. No comparison for LLDPE Film C4 as previously the producer skipped offering this grade to the country since the company was faced with difficulties to secure some deals. However, despite the response from buyers are not too positive, this week the producer managed to sell LLDPE Film C4 cargoes at the initial offer. Further added, this week the producer is not offering HDPE and LDPE cargoes to China.
