Local acetylene-based PVC offers on cash, EXW China basis (including 13% in CNY term and excluding VAT in USD term)
Market players in China reported to SSESSMENTS.COM that PVC producers based in Inner Mongolia applied a pricing strategy that is at odds with other Chinese acetylene-based PVC producers. As stated by the market players, most acetylene-based PVC producers in the country decided to slash offers by CNY50/ton ($7/ton) compared to offer levels recorded on June 16 due to weaker buying sentiment. However, acetylene-based PVC producers in Inner Mongolia region maintained stable offers compared to the same period.
