Import ethylene-based PVC offers on LC at sight, CFR Southeast Asia Main Port basis
A trader based in Singapore informed SSESSMENTS.COM that the leading Indonesian PVC producer has announced offers for May Shipment to Southeast Asia. Compared to April shipment offers, the producer decided to adjust down offers by $160/ton.
