Import LLDPE Film C4 on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis
The leading Saudi polyolefins producer decided to close deals for LLDPE Film C4 cargoes to China at buyers’ bids level considering the current weak demand. As informed to SSESSMENTS.COM, initially, April shipment offers for LLDPE Film C4 from the producer are available at $800/ton on LC at sight, CIF China Main Port basis. However, the offers are not firm, citing that the producer still open for bid. Eventually, deals concluded at $50/ton lower than the initial offer level, at the same level to buyers’ bids.
Further explained, usually, all the cargoes from the producer will be shipped to Singapore or Shanghai port first then sent to the other delivery countries. However, this shipment will be directly from Saudi to Shanghai Port SSESSMENTS.COM was told.
