Market sources reported to SSESSMENTS.COM that the leading Taiwanese PVC producer has announced August shipment offers. When compared to the previous month, the leading Taiwanese PVC producer decided to adjust up the offers between $20-30/ton to all markets. No volume discount is available this month since the allocation is limited.
