A Shanghai-based trader informed SSESSMENTS.COM that offers for ABS Injection of Taiwan origin to Indonesia were significantly adjusted. Compared to last week, the current offers for the cargoes are $60/ton lower, stand at $1,360/ton on LC at sight, CIF Indonesia main port basis.
Meanwhile, ABS Injection offers from a Thai PS producer stand at $1,380/ton with the same payment and delivery terms. However, no deals were successfully concluded as Indonesian buyers managed to get localized cargoes of South Korea origin at a more attractive level from a local trader. “The trader might foresee that prices will continue to decrease and decided to dump cargoes as soon as possible,” the source commented to SSESSMENTS.COM.
