NewsSSESSMENTS: Qatari PE Producer Adjusted December Shipment Prices, Philippines Buyers Show Negative Responses

The marketing arm of a Qatari PE producer in the Philippines revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM that the producer made adjustments on December shipment offers, but buyers in the country still show negative responses. Compared to November shipment, the latest offers from the producer for LDPE Film and LLDPE Film C4 decreased by $40/ton and $30/ton respectively. Despite the adjustments, customers considered the offer levels as too high and unattractive.
