A global trading house revealed to SSESSMENTS.COM that a Qatari PE producer has announced April shipment offers to China market. As compared to March shipment offers, the producer initiated a price increase of $10/ton for LLDPE Film C4 cargoes, while offers for HDPE Blow Moulding, HDPE Film, and LDPE Film remain stable.
