A South Korean PP producer has announced August shipment offers to the China market, SSESSMENTS.COM was told. As noted, August shipment offers for all PP grades from a South Korean producer surfaced with an upward adjustment of $30/ton as compared to July shipment offers. The increment made by the producer was triggered by the firm propylene price and the uptrend in the international market. According to the producer source, some buyers commented that the offers are too high.
