A source from Japan’s Taiyo Vinyl Corporation gave updates to SSESSMENTS.COM on discontinued operation at PVC plant. As informed, the company’s Osaka plant with a capacity of 158,000 tons/year will be shut permanently starting from June 2020. Although there is no exact date yet, the producer informed that it will be closed within the first week of the month.
