Offer received for import PE on LC at sight, CIF Indonesia Main Port basis
SSESSMENTS.COM pricing database showed that three-digit adjustment was applied on import Singaporean PE offers to Indonesia market. According to a local converter, import HDPE Blow Moulding offers of Singapore origin to Indonesia were hiked by $100/ton as compared to last month. The latest offers stand at $870/ton on LC at sight, CIF Indonesia main port basis. For another Southeast Asian cargo, the converter added that offers for import LDPE Film of Malaysia origin decreased by $20/ton as compared to the same period.
The converter told SSESSMENTS.COM that due to the sufficient inventory on hand amidst the slow sales for the end-products, the company preferred to skip any procurement activities.
