A Chinese trader shared with SSESSMENTS.COM the updates on local PE and PP prices in the country as of July 1. The latest local PE and PP prices moved in different directions. As informed, offers for HDPE grades were generally stable, with an exception for HDPE Film increased by CNY200/ton ($28/ton). Likewise, offers for LDPE grades moved up between CNY100-150/ton ($14-21/ton), while offers for LLDPE grades remained stable. As for PP, offers for all grades generally remained unchanged, except for BOPP and most grades of PP Homo Raffia dipped between CNY50-100/ton ($7-14/ton). All price changes compared to price list received on Tuesday, June 30.
